The Notification Log, available under Utilities→ Notification Logs in Stratex, provides visibility into all outbound email notifications triggered across the platform. This log helps administrators monitor communication reliability by tracking both successful and failed email delivery events.

Key Concepts

The Notification Log records all email events generated through workflow-driven processes, including both successful sends and error cases.

Information is displayed across five columns:

  • Status

  • Timestamp

  • Proposal ID

  • Recipients

  • Message

Filtering and Exporting

The Notification Log can be filtered to help administrators quickly locate specific notification events.
You can filter by:

  • Status (Success / Error)

  • Date Range

  • Proposal ID

  • Email Contents (full-text search within the message)

All filtered or full log data can be exported to Excel for reporting, auditing, or analysis.
