Key Concepts
Attachments can be added at multiple places within an initiative including at the option/dimension level.
Attachment Types classify documents by types (e.g. quotations)
Screen Variants are used to specify what attachments are mandatory by Investment Reason and Stage.
The attachment icon is a paper clip, with the badge indicating the count of included attachments.
Attachments have a drag and drop function.
Attachments should only be configured as optional or required (not both)
Instructions
Attachments can be added wherever you see an attachment icon, on the initiative header or within a detailed section.
Click the Attachment Icon.
Select the appropriate Attachment Type from the drop-down list.
Provide a short description of the attachment so another user can understand contents.
Upload or drag and drop the attachment from your local file system.
Beware of uploading very large files or executables due to storage and risk of malicious content.
Note: An Attachment Type must be selected to enable the file upload/drag and drop functionality.
Uploaded PDFs can be previewed without downloading by clicking on the eye icon.
