This guide will walk you through opening a new budget year or budget version in Stratex.
Key Concepts
A Budget Version in Stratex represents a specific planning cycle for a budget year.
Only one budget version can be open for a year at a time. A new version can be created only when there is no other open version for that year.
The open budget version is used for entering, submitting, and approving budget information.
Completed budget versions are kept for reference and comparison and cannot be changed.
